Welcoming Kristie Lenton to Realside

We are pleased to welcome Kristie Lenton to Realside as our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 20 years' experience across property, banking and funds management, Kristie brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, governance, compliance, and operational leadership. Her career includes senior leadership roles with Capital Prudential, Investec, and Irongate Group, where she played a key role in the growth and management of institutional investment platforms.

AsCFO/COO, Kristie will lead Realside's finance, operations, and shared servicesfunctions across both Realside and Realside Ovest, supporting the continuedevolution of our business and investment platform.

Kristie's appointment comes at an exciting time for Realside, and we look forward to the expertise, perspective and leadership she brings as we continue our next phase of growth.
