Linda has extensive experience in asset and investment management, across multiple sectors, with a key focus on driving outcomes and performance. Prior to joining Realside, Linda held senior positions with Knight Frank Australia and CBRE (Australia and United Kingdom).​

Linda holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) through the University of Sydney, is a qualified surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), a Capital Markets Committee member, PCA Fund Managers Roundtable and a representative on the PCA National Industrial Roundtable.

Mark is the Founder of Realside and has over 25 years of continuous property funds management experience in the Australian real estate industry. He has held roles that span the full spectrum of the real estate funds management industry, from acquisition to asset management, through corporate governance to capital raising. He has been involved in the start-up of several funds management businesses, including in the UK, and has executed a China real estate strategy.

Mark has held various roles with Glenmont, Becton Investment Management, Orchard Funds Management, Primewest and Realside. Mark has a long track record of identifying investment opportunities for investors, often off market, that produce income and capital growth commensurate with the specific underlying real estate with a keen focus on the relationship between risk and reward.

As Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Kevin is responsible for the overall finance, and operations and governance of the firm.

Kevin is an accomplished finance professional with 25 years of experience in the property and funds management industry. Recently he was CFO of Fortius Funds Management for over six years. Prior to that he held a similar role with Nikko Asset Management, Grosvenor Fund Management, Balmain Commercial and DEXUS.

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Tax Institute.

Greg has over 23 years’ experience in the real estate industry, primarily focused on transactions but includes funds management, portfolio management, new business development, asset management, and capital raising. He has experience in both direct and indirect investment across equity and debt products, investing on behalf of a global range of major institutions. Predominantly focused on Australia, he has also been responsible for transactions and portfolios in the US, Europe, and the UK.

Before joining Realside, Greg was Head of Transactions at PGIM, establishing a strong track record across all asset sectors, from office, retail and industrial to living, and from core deals through to development projects. Prior to that, he held roles at Macquarie Bank and Emboss Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.

Ingrid is the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. She ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Additionally, Ingrid oversees the Human Resources, and IT functions along with the co-ordination of the ESG strategy across the business. Ingrid was previously the Finance Manager at Fortius/Growthpoint for 8 years and before that worked for Arcadia Fund Management as a Trust Accountant.

Ingrid is a chartered accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.

Rebecca is responsible for implementing and executing the strategic objectives of the real estate portfolio, primarily focusing on 108 St Georges Terrace in Perth.

Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in property management industry. Prior to joining Realside Rebecca worked as an Asset Manager at Mirvac, an ASX listed Australian property group, overseeing the strategic performance of two significant West Australian assets. Over the course of her career Rebecca has worked in a variety of asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial however over the last 10 years she has worked primarily on Prime grade assets in the Perth CBD.

Lauren is an Asset Manager at Realside, dedicated to optimising financial and operational outcomes of the Asset Portfolio. Driven by a passion for improving asset performance, Lauren proactively identifies opportunities to enhance profitability, leverage risk and streamline operations.

With over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Property industry, Lauren has held roles at Knight Frank and Aqualand Australia, where Lauren managed a diverse range of assets, implemented proactive management initiatives and oversaw the overall asset strategy including capital improvement projects to drive superior financial outcomes.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Accounting and Management.

Bibiana is the Finance Manager in the Realside Property team and has over 15 years’ experience in finance, property accounting and real estate.

Bibiana was previously Director of Client Financial Services at Knight Frank Australia, delivering property financials services across the portfolios of groups such as SCA Property Group, Home Consortium, Altis Property Partners, Fortius Funds Management, Mapletree, and Aqualand. Bibiana has held roles with CBRE and the Audit Office of New South Wales, as well as within several chartered accounting firms.

Bibiana is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.

Alexis is the Senior Fund Analyst, providing financial support and due diligence across our funds and assets. His involvement spans the life cycle of our investments, from initial due diligence to continual reporting and potential divestment.

With 20 years of real estate experience spanning all the real estate sectors, having previously held roles across AMP Capital funds, Charter Hall, CBA and most recently private developer Aqualand. His experiences extend to all stages of development, to shiny office towers and large regional shopping centres.

Alexis holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and was previously a registered Valuer.

Cain has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property, with an extensive national network of contacts within the Australian real estate industry. In that time, Cain has transacted in excess of $600m assets across WA, SA, VIC, NSW and QLD. Having also held senior roles at CBRE and JLL.

Cain’s role includes the sourcing new acquisition opportunities, leveraging his deep sector relationships to identify and deliver transactions.

Jano is our Development Manager and has had an extensive career in the construction industry in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Seattle, USA.  Jano has a wealth of experience in many areas including stakeholder and client management, developing and managing high performing design development teams, and influencing and leading project teams.

Jano’s 35-year career has seen her work in all facets of the construction process which has provided Jano with a great ability to solve problems and to “think outside the box”.

Jano has a strong ability to communicate at all levels, ranging from Management Boards and Senior Management Teams to work colleagues, consultants, and subcontractors. She has proven team leadership abilities, with ability to drive team members (both internal and external) creating a rapport with all stakeholders to deliver the outcomes of a project.
