Awarded the 2026 Unlisted Property Fund of the Year by Core Property Research

We are proud to announce that the Realside Ovest Industrial Core Fund No.1 has been awarded the 2026 Unlisted Property Fund of the Year by Core Property Research.

Presented at the 2026 Australian Property Funds Industry Forum in Noosa, this award recognises excellence and performance across Australia's unlisted property funds sector.

This recognition reflects the strength of the partnership between Realside, as Fund Manager, and Realside Ovest as Development and Asset Manager. Together, we have assembled, developed and actively managed a portfolio of high-quality industrial assets that has generated strong outcomes for investors and successfully transitioned from a development-focused strategy to a long-term core industrial Fund.

Importantly, this award comes at a pivotal point in the Fund's evolution. With the development program substantially complete, investors are now gaining exposure to a stabilised portfolio of quality industrial assets positioned to deliver attractive long-term income and capital growth.

The Fund is targeting average annual cash distributions of approximately 7.5% p.a. over the next five years, with a target total return of around 14.5% p.a., underpinned by high occupancy, long lease terms and ongoing active asset management. We extend our sincere thanks to Core Property Research for this recognition, and to our investors, tenants, advisers and partners for their ongoing trust and support.

This award recognises not only what has been achieved, but also the strength of the platform we have built and the opportunities that lie ahead.
