Perth Industrial Market Positioned for Growth

New research from Cushman & Wakefield highlights Perth's industrial market as one of Australia's strongest long-term investment opportunities, underpinned by low vacancy rates, constrained supply and continued economic and population growth.

The report forecasts ongoing rental growth, rising land values and tightening vacancy rates, with Perth expected to remain one of the most tightly held industrial markets globally. Strong demand from logistics, infrastructure, resources and defence sectors continues to outpace new supply, creating favourable conditions for investors and landlords.

Realside CEO Linda Rudd said the market's fundamentals challenge the long-held perception of Western Australia as a "boom and bust" economy, with structural demand drivers supporting sustainable growth well into the future.

The findings reinforce Realside's conviction in the Perth industrial sector and the long-term opportunities available through high-quality industrial assets in the market.
