The Property sits on an expansive 13.16 hectare freehold site area, and consists of the existing shopping centre (The Centre), a 1.56 hectare vacant lot at the eastern end of the site and a largely unutilised 1.49 hectare car park to the western side of the site (Surplus Land).

The Centre was opened in 1980, and comprises a fully enclosed, primarily single level, daily needs shopping centre with a gross lettable area of 27,661 sqm. The Centre is anchored by Woolworths, Coles and Kmart who are linked via an island arrangement of specialty floorspace and mini majors, with a food court at the southern end of the Centre.
